When people ask me what my favorite book is, I freeze. Then I say, “I don’t have one.” I mean, come on, it’s like asking a mother which child is her favorite. However, when I get someone who won’t let me off the hook, I’ll give them a few memorable titles. And The Book Thief by Markus Zusak is one of them.
And wouldn’t you know it? They’ve made it into a movie.
As good as it looks, please, do yourself a favor, and read the book before you head to the cinema on November 15th. You deserve a good story and this is definitely one.
